Dear Mayo Families -
Do you remember when you were in school and finals were upon you? Do you remember what that week was affectionately called? That is how we are thinking about next week. We have QUITE the busy week next week. Literacy Parade, Community Celebration, two half-days and parent/teacher conferences. Whoooo! It will be one busy week! We ask for your patience and flexibility next week, not to mention radical compassion as we navigate the busy schedule.
Some reminders about parent conferences:
1. Conferences are 12 minutes a piece to accommodate all families.
2. Please do not be offended if a teacher sets a timer as they are trying to keep to a schedule and not run behind.
3. Please enter the conference assuming positive intent and the common desire to help your children grow together.
4. Mrs. Provost and I are in the building if anyone would like us to join a conference.
5. Please be punctual and wait outside the classroom for the conference before to conclude.
