Levy Summary
A message from the Treasurer
We are looking to reduce staff through attrition (currently 9 positions for $979K) as much as possible, but we may not be able to continue that practice going forward. We will also be raising fees (both academic and athletic), only transporting state-mandated preschoolers midday (reduction of 3 routes for $22k), eliminating field trips (approximately $12k) and transportation for athletics (approximately $100k), and restructuring our rental fees for anyone using our campus.
My portion of the school website is updated monthly with current cash balances and any new information. Please feel free to reach out to me via email carrie.bir@cmfalcons.org or phone 937-289-1062 with any questions.

Outdoor Facilities - "4 Quarter Drive"
Our facilities need immediate attention as some are on the verge of not being useable due to safety concerns and many need significant upgrades over the next 1-3 years to allow continued use. The district is asking for community financial support through a grassroots funding program.
We aim to partner with local businesses and community members to drive facility upgrades. Local businesses and community members are rewarded with many great sponsorship opportunities including but not limited to Naming Rights, Advertisement Opportunities, Donor Wall Recognition, PA Announcements, Season Passes, etc.
The entire project is approximately $2.5 million dollars. The "1st quarter" of the 4 Quarter Drive focuses on replacing the turf. It is 13 years old and at the end of life. An average turf field lasts between 8-12 years. The turf provides athletic opportunities for our football, soccer, lacrosse, youth teams, band, and community. It is a revenue generator for our school, so it needs to be our focus.
See the video below for an introduction and http://clearvision.cmfalcons.org for more information. Reach out to Brian Carey (brian.carey@cmfalcons.org) with questions.
Falcon Flight Paths
Falcon Flight Paths will serve as an executive summary of what is happening in each grade level. Listed below are the slideshows we used to start the last two school years, and below those are the Flight Paths for each of our grade levels, our unified art classes, our extended standard learners, and our whole-child focus.
This is who we are and what we believe to be essential for our students.
