Gator Family News

Golfview's Halloween parties are right around the corner! Our holiday party will be Thursday, October 29, from 1:15–2:15 PM for fun games, activities, and treats! Classes taught by Mrs. Nieto, Mrs. Salgado, Mrs. Rabasso, and Mrs. Nuñez will celebrate from 12:00–1:00 PM.

Teachers will share additional party details with families.

Families who prefer their child not participate in Halloween celebrations should contact their child's teacher. Fun, non-Halloween-themed activities and treats will be provided as an alternative so everyone can enjoy the day!

Students are welcome to wear costumes during their classroom Halloween parties! Costumes should only be worn during the party, not throughout the school day. We encourage costumes that are easy for students to put on independently and over their regular clothing.

For everyone's safety, weapons (real or toy), makeup, face masks, violent or bloody costumes, and revealing clothing are not permitted. Costume accessories, such as wands or headbands, must be used appropriately or students will be asked to remove them.

Thank you for helping us keep our celebrations fun and safe for everyone! 🧡

We are excited for our upcoming Halloween classroom celebrations! If you are interested in volunteering or helping out during your child's classroom party, please remember that the school district requires all volunteers to complete the Volunteer Application through Raptor.

All volunteers must have an approved application on file before they can participate. We encourage families to complete the application ahead of time to avoid any delays.

Thank you for helping us make Halloween a fun and memorable celebration for our students! 🧡
