McDade ISD Bond Election
October 15, 2025 Vol. 4
Together, We Build the Future
Building for the Future: Why Instructional Space Matters
As McDade ISD continues to grow, one of our most important priorities is ensuring that every student has the space and resources they need to learn, explore, and succeed. Appropriate instructional space isn’t just about new classrooms—it’s about creating an environment where great teaching and learning can truly thrive.
What's on the ballot:
On November 4, 2025, McDade ISD voters will decide on a bond proposition that would allow the district to issue $18 million in bonds to:
✔ Build and improve school facilities
✔ Renovate and upgrade existing buildings
✔ Expand space for student learning
✔ Equip schools with updated resources
Shaping the Future of Our Schools Together
Our students deserve learning spaces that match the high quality of instruction they receive every day. Currently, McDade ISD is facing a serious challenge: we are out of instructional space. With enrollment on the rise and new subdivisions planned within our ISD boundaries, the demand for classrooms is only going to increase.
Meeting the Needs of a Growing Community
Adequate instructional space helps reduce overcrowding, supports small-group instruction, and provides room for hands-on, engaging lessons that prepare students for the future.
Creating Opportunities for Every Learner
When we invest in education, we invest in our students’ potential—and in turn, the future of our community.
A Strong Community Begins with Strong Schools
A vote for the bond is a vote for opportunity, growth, and continued excellence for our students and our community.
