Tuesday, December 17: Full Day, Exam 1

Wednesday, December 18: Half Day, Exams 2 & 3

Thursday, December 19: Half Day, Exams 4 & 5

Friday, December 20: Half Day, Exams 6 & 7

You are expected to take your finals on the dates listed above. In the event of an emergency and you are unable to, please contact the grade level office ASAP!

If you need to make a schedule change for next semester, please see Mr. Sebestik in guidance before leaving for the Winter Break.

A study block or IP in your schedule is a great avenue for success! If you have a study block or IP this semester and would like to ensure you have one for next semester, talk to Mr. Sebestik!

Please Read this email carefully as you will have your 3rd Digital Citizenship Lesson today during homeroom!

As part of the Kirkwood District wellness initiative, all students (K-12) will once again be engaged in a series of digital citizenship lessons over the course of the 2024-2025 school year. At the high school, homeroom teachers will direct students to the KHS Library Schoology Course to access these digital lessons. There are 6, twenty minute lessons during the school year (3 each semester).

Our 3rd digital citizenship lesson during homeroom will be December 5 for 9th & 11th Grades.

Students will be able to access all materials through their Library Schoology course.

Student access: In order for you to access this lesson during homeroom, you will need to:

1. Go to your KHS Library Schoology Course
2. Open the Green “Student Services” Folder
3. Open the Green Digital Citizenship Folder
4. Select the Number of the Lesson we are currently tackling (#3 Digital Footprint and Identity)
5. Select the Grade Level of the student/homeroom teacher

Please bring your headphones to homeroom as the lessons are on EdPuzzle and include video/audio instruction.

SOUTH TECH Priority Application Deadline December 19, 2024, 4 PM

Sophomore students who wish to be considered for admission for the Fall 2025 school year should submit their application by the priority deadline. Applications received past the deadline will be reviewed in order of submission after all priority applications are considered.
