Halloween 2026
Wilson Primary Center
Dear Families,
Our Halloween Parade is scheduled for Friday, October 30th at 10:00am. In case the weather does not cooperate, you will hear from me earlier that morning; otherwise the parade will go on as scheduled. Students are invited to wear their costumes even if we are not able to have the parade. Parade or not, the students will have a fun-filled day!
Please plan to arrive a bit earlier, to park in a legal spot, and not to block the driveways of our neighbors. Students will exit the Board of Education door, walk along the sidewalk towards the awning at the Primary Center, enter the building by door E1, and make a second loop. See the map below as a guide. You are welcome to stand on the grass areas along the sidewalk. Students will not be able to leave the parade route for photographs. As always, no pets are allowed on school property. We also suggest you are cognizant before posting photographs online, especially if you have photographs of other children. Further, no food or treats are permitted in school for Halloween celebrations. We appreciate your cooperation.
Costume Reminders:
1.) The district has a Zero Tolerance Policy. All weapons are banned from the school. This includes fake guns, rubber knives, arrows or anything else that can be perceived as a weapon.
2. Costumes should not obstruct a child's hearing, speaking or vision.
3. Costumes should be comfortable and easy to move around in
4. Costumes should be appropriate for an elementary school environment
