Good evening and Happy Friday!

I had so much fun this past Thursday evening for our Pacific Drive Family Night where we had the performing duo 123 Andres perform. Seeing students, families, teachers and staff have so much fun as a community is exactly why I'm so happy to be here at Pacific Drive. I want to give a big thank you to our DLA teachers who make it possible for us to have events like this one in particular. Also a big thank you to all of you families who braved a school night to hang out at school far later than the norm. Thank you all!

Lastly, below are some resources in regards to immigration rights of families and students. Our goal at Pacific Drive and in the Fullerton School District is to provide a safe place of learning for all of our students. We have many resources here on campus should you be interested. Kids Heart Challenge kicked off! We are excited to learn how to keep our hearts healthy & happy while raising lifesaving donations for the American Heart Association to fight America’s #1 and #4 killers, heart disease and stroke! Check out our VIRTUAL ENVELOPE to learn more. Thank you for being a Heart Hero!

2. Give or Get a Donation! SEND 10 emails/texts to friends & family asking for a donation
3. Start Finn’s Mission in your HQ to learn Hands-Only CPR.

KHC GOALS & CELEBRATIONS:

Our goal is to raise $3,500 in lifesaving donations!

• The class that has the most sign ups gets EXTRA RECESS!
• Students that complete Finn's Mission get a special invite to a Finns Mission awards lunch with Mr. Leonard!
• If we get 310 students signed up, Mr. Leonard will come to school in a DUCK COSTUME, and we get $500 for our playground!

Our next PTA meeting will take place on Tuesday April 8 at 5:00 in person in room 12 or on Zoom.

If your student was a part of the Vision To Learn program, glasses will be arriving and will be distributed on Tuesday April 8th
