Hello Primary Pups! Hello Primary Pups!

A Note from Mrs. Bagarozza (Mrs. B)

Hi WPS Families,

I finally finished the videos compiling the pictures from the WPS Spring Fling sponsored PTA event and the Memorial Day parade. Thank you for your patience. Please check out the links to both of those below! We had a great water day today and those pictures will be shared in our last and final Pups Press next week!

June 9th - Graduation practice for PM session at WHS during school hours

June 11th- End of Year Parties

June 12th- Last day for students

June 15th- Graduation at WHS for PM students at 9:30 am

The last day for students this year at Wall Primary is Friday, June 12th. Then, on Monday, June 15th we will be having our Wall Primary School Graduation at the Wall High School at 9:30 am. Parents of our graduating students are responsible for bringing their children to graduation. We will be asking parents to park at the Wall Municipal Center (by the Wall Township Library) and we will bus them over to WHS. Please plan to be parked at the Wall Municipal Center by 9:10, latest. This gives us time to transport you and your child to WHS. After the graduation, we will bus you back to the Wall Municipal Center where Goldy's Ice Cream truck will be. Each graduate will get a ticket for ice cream, courtesy of the WTEA, and other family members can purchase additional ice cream/ice pops from the truck if they would like. We are looking forward to another fabulous graduation. We will send home a detailed FAQ about graduation with our PM students on Monday!

This year, to honor our graduating pups, we are inviting every family to write a message to their child to be published in our program. Each family can only submit ONE message per child. Please keep these message to 120 characters or less (that includes letters, numbers, and punctuation but NOT spaces). Complete this form linked below by tomorrow Friday, 6/5 if you haven't already.

Hi WPS Families!

I would like to send out a few helpful reminders to help keep our students, families, and staff healthy for the remainder of the school year. Please, If your child is sick with a fever, keep him or her home until the fever has subsided for at least 24 hours (without the help of fever-reducing medication). If your child has been vomiting or has diarrhea, he or she must be free of their symptoms for 24 hours before returning to school. This spreads very easily throughout the classroom. Please continue to reinforce covering your cough and hand washing at home with your child. As always, should you have any questions about a medical issue, please reach out to me via phone or email at any time. Thank you!

As you are aware, Dr. Handerhan announced back in the fall that she will be retiring at the end of this school year. Since then, the Wall Township Board of Education has been actively engaged in the search for a new Superintendent of Schools. At last night’s Board of Education Meeting, the Board of Education appointed Dr. David Bleakley as the next WTPS Superintendent of Schools, effective July 1, 2026. Dr. Bleakley brings with him over 20 years of educational experience, and the Board of Education is thrilled to welcome him to the District.
