Updates from the Health Office

  • Learn about the most common communicable diseases found in schools and how to prevent their spread.
  • If you would like your student to have medication at school, please fill out the appropriate form. Students can self-administer certain medications once this form has been completed, other medications must be administered through the Health Office and require this form to be completed. The medication policy is on the back of both forms, please review completely.
  • If a student is injured and needs an elevator pass, medical documentation with the diagnosis, what accommodations are needed, and length of accommodation is required. Lost fee: $25.00
  • Health office does not provide any medications, cough drops, eye drops, ointments, bottled water or food (except crackers).
