Veterans Day Celebration - November 10

We are so excited to host our annual veterans day celebration!! It will occur on November 10th, at 8:30. We will have our parade around the school, and breakfast with your students.

If you are interested in attending, please fill out this Google form! Additionally, please share this Google form with any family members that would enjoy coming to this event!

Everyone Reads, Orchestra, Band, Chorus Dismissal

All after school programs are dismissed by door #1 at the back of the school. Please be very mindful about children walking by the blacktop, drive slow and attentive.

Buses from Everyone Reads leave at 2:45, no cars can move around buses or pass buses. If you park at the back, pleas wait for all the buses to be gone before you start moving your car.

TAT A TEACHER

Thank you for the great participation in TAT A TEACHER, we have collected enough funds to bring to Dean the Discovery STEAM Activities to our STEAM night in the Spring!!!! It will be a blast for our students.

We hope you can join us on Friday, November 6th at Woodstock High School to watch the teachers take on the Harlem Wizards! This is a really fun family event, and we are very excited to have a few of our Dean teachers on the team.

If you are planning on attending, please purchase tickets online prior to the game and select "Dean" - this helps our PTO earn money!

Phone Calls/Text to Students' Cell Phones

We have a big favor to ask all our parents and guardians. There have been students asking to get off the bus or change dismissal routine after receiving text messages or calls on their cell phones. Please call the office to notify us of any changes in transportation or dismissal, and we will communicate with the student, teacher, and/or bus driver as needed. The school won't allow students to change their dismissal without us having heard from their parents/guardians.

Students are not allowed to use their phones, tablets, or smart wathches during the school day, included recess and lunch.
