2023-2024 Small Group Counseling

During the school year, I offer small groups to our students who may greatly benefit from meeting regularly with peers to work through a similar concern. These small groups take place during lunch times so students do not miss instruction. A typical small group is held for 6-8 sessions. If you feel your child would benefit from any of the following small groups this school year, complete this form. If you have multiple children, please complete one form per child.

*Groups will be identified and held in priority order, depending on each child's needs. I will contact you when/if your child has been selected to join a group.

Please respond by September 30, so I can plan accordingly.

Thank you!
