GREAT NEWS from around the District
Superintendent Message
As we wrap up another great week, I want to thank our staff, students, families, and community for the continued energy, support, and commitment that make our schools such a special place. This time of year is always busy, but it is also exciting to see the growth, accomplishments, and positive experiences happening across our district each day.
As we head into Memorial Day weekend, I encourage everyone to take time to relax, spend time with family and friends, and reflect on the meaning of the holiday as we honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
Thank you again for everything you do to support our students and schools. I hope everyone has a safe, restful, and enjoyable holiday weekend!

Tiered Tidbits: MTSS Spotlight 📈
This month’s MTSS Tiered Tidbits highlights the continued work of the District Implementation Team (DIT) to strengthen systems, instruction, and student support across the district. Updates included positive preliminary M-STEP results, successful student opportunities and field trips, ongoing review of intervention and selection processes, and district data analysis to guide future planning. The team also shared upcoming professional development and continued work aligning MICIP goals with district needs.
Strong communication between MTSS and MICIP is essential to ensure alignment, consistency, and continuous growth across all schools. By regularly reviewing data, identifying needs, and communicating next steps, the district can make informed decisions that support both student achievement and staff development. This collaborative process helps ensure all students receive the academic and behavioral supports they need to succeed.
