Fall Greetings SBA Families! We are already into October and nearing the end of our 1st Quarter of learning and growing together. Our students and staff are working very hard each day on the learning goals. Our students are also shining as they SOAR through each day demonstrating safety, taking ownership, accepting others and directions, and being respectful.

Next week we will have our Fall Parent Teacher Conferences on Tuesday, Oct. 14th and Thursday, Oct. 16th. We look forward to sharing the learning your child is doing, their strengths, and areas they can continue to grow. Your child should have brought home your Conference Time Sheet last Friday (Oct. 3rd). If you need to change you conference time, please contact the school office at 605-367-4560.

We will have a few other fun activities in October with our Book Fair, PTO Bingo Night and 1st Quarter SOAR-ING EAGLE Recognition. The PTO does need volunteers for the Book Fair. You can find more information about these events and more below.

SBA will have a Bingo Night on Oct. 23rd from 6:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M. Volunteers will be needed to make this night possible, sign up soon to come.

• PTO BINGO NIGHT ~ Thursday, Oct. 23rd ~ Come join us for Bingo and Prizes from 6:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M. Students can wear costumes but NOT required. Be looking for an email from the PTO soon with more information and opportunities for you to volunteer. We will need parent volunteers to make the event a success!
