"Safer, Stronger 204" Funding Proposal - Class Sizes "Safer, Stronger 204" Funding Proposal - Class Sizes

A series of videos related to the "Safer, Stronger 204" Funding Proposal is available on the District's YouTube Channel. The proposal would address class sizes, which are larger than the state average, without imposing a net tax rate increase. The District is gathering the community’s feedback on the funding proposal at Community Informational Meetings. For a calendar of upcoming meetings and other information, visit Safer, Stronger 204. Parent Needs Assessment Survey Parent Needs Assessment Survey

Dear Parents,

Districts that receive federal IDEA grant funds are required to facilitate a needs assessment on an annual basis to all staff and parents who reside in the district. We would appreciate if you could please take a few minutes to complete a brief survey. All data obtained from this needs assessment will be used to structure future professional development needs and programming.

We are in the process of determining the professional development needs related to Special Education for the 2024-25 School Year. We are asking parents of children with special needs to complete this survey.

Please complete one survey for each child you have with a disability. For example, if you have more than one child with a disability you would complete the survey for each child with a disability.

The results of the survey will help us to better understand your concerns and how we may address them during the school year. Your input on this survey is greatly appreciated, please submit your survey response by June 1, 2024. If you have any questions regarding this survey, please email me at christina_sepiol@ipsd.org.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Christina Sepiol
Assistant Superintendent of Student Services
