Completing Student Forms Online

Below are directions on how to fill out student forms in the Parent Portal.

1. Download the KPS App

Download the KPS App in your phone's application store. Click on Parent Portal in the KPS app to get started.

2. Enter District Code

If you have never logged into the app from your phone, enter the KPS code of KXRB.

3. Enter Your Username and Password

Your username is the email we have for you on file. Click forgot password if you don't have one and it will be emailed to you.

4. Click on "More"

Once logged in, click on "More" in the bottom corner.

5. Click on "Forms"

Click on "Forms". This will bring you to all your assigned forms.

6. Click on Each Form

Please fill out the forms assigned to your student(s). KPS Student Information Update will remain as pending until your school has approved the changes.

7. Switch Between Students

If you have more than one student in KPS, you can switch to your next student in the top right hand corner.

7. Update your preferred language (if applicable)

In the top right hand corner of the forms page, you can click on the wheel and change the forms into your preferred language.

Please contact your school office if you are having issues with your log in.
