Principal's Message
Dear GTMS Families,
With less than two months left, I'm thrilled to share that it's time to start celebrating the incredible success of our students. Throughout this school year, our students have made remarkable strides, and we've witnessed growth, discovery, and countless cherished memories.
Let's unite once more and finish the year as strong as we started, honoring the achievements and resilience of our amazing students. Together, let's make these final moments unforgettable!
Warm regards,
Paula Junker

8th Grade Assembly
Dr. Alexis Jenkins spoke to 8th-grade students about preparing for college. She had them brainstorm and engage in interactive activities that promote awareness of the basic needs of what you need to know about college. She helped students understand the importance of a college education and also helped them identify the next steps for any career they would like to choose for their future.
Miss Southern Gardens' Teen Ashlyn Warker
Miss Southern Gardens' Teen Ashlyn Warker came for April's assembly. She is currently a junior at the Atlantic County Institute of Technology and also serves as the 21st Cadet Corps Commander of NJ-20131 AFJROTC. Ms.Warker focused on answering pivotal questions such as what do you want to be when you grow up and how do I get there? She feels that this generation of young people are unsure of what's next to come, and her presentation helped answer and guide students for their future.

Harassments, Intimidation & Bullying (HIB)
It is imperative that we continue to teach our students the effects that bullying has on others and a community. Every student deserves a safe and supportive learning environment, free from fear and harassment. Any instance of bullying should be promptly reported to the administration or staff member, who will take immediate and appropriate action to address the situation. By fostering a culture of kindness, empathy, and respect, we can create a school community where all students feel valued and accepted.
