OPEN HOUSE ON TUESDAY AT 6PM! We will stop practice at 6pm for this event.

Monday - 6-8pm

Tuesday - 4:45-6:00pm. Full Band After School

Wednesday - No Practice

Thursday - 4:45-6:30pm. Full Band After School with Dance Team

Friday - Away Game to Rutledge Stadium in Converse Tx

• Winds - Load instruments after class time
• Percussion - Load instruments during 7th or HT
• 3:45 Estimated time to be called out of class
• eat dinner/get ready
• 4:45 Roll Check in Band Hall/Load
• 5:00 estimated departure to Converse Tx

• 6:00-6:15 Arrive at Stadium
• 6:15-7:00 Unload trailer/busses etc
• 7:00 - Pre Game Starts
  
• 7:30 - Game Starts
  
• 11:45 Estimated time back at CLHS
  

Saturday

Region Jazz kids

• 7:30 am band hall opens
• 8:00 am depart for LaVernia HS
• 9:30 Check in
• 10:00 Audition Starts and anyone who makes AREA will record
• 2pm estimated time for departure
• 3:00 pm ETA back at CLHS

8:30 Band Hall Opens
9:00 Run Through
9:45 Load Truck etc
9:45-11:00 Get Dressed/Eat Breakfast/get ready
11:15 Depart
12:00 Arrive
12:40 Warm Up
1:30 Perform
1:45 Pack stuff back in trailer, change in to summer uniform and go in to stands
4:30 Awards
6:00 ETA back at CLHS if we don't make finals
11:00 pm ETA back at CLHS if we DO make Finals

• FROM US BANDS: ONLINE TICKETS : All tickets will need to be purchased by credit cards this year. Please encourage your parents to purchase their tickets ahead of time not only will it save them money, but will also expedite their entry into the stadium on show day.

Students will need to bring the following in their GREEN HAWK BAND BAG:

• Green Water Bottle with their name on it
  
• Long Black Socks/Black Marching Shoes
  
• Flip Folder/Music Binder (percussion)
  
• Instrument
  
• Dinner (if you didn't order a booster meal)
  
• Toiletries to clean up after school (deodorant etc)
