IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Registration:
Everyone registered for Areas in Paradise need to be "Paid As" AM or higher as of February 1. It is very important that each co-hosting NVP look over the waitlist and let us know of any new AM's by sending an email to legacyleaders1980@gmail.com or sending a private fb message to Bridgette Posante Dunman. Links to those registered and those on the waitlist are below.
Please check the registered list and confirm that everyone is listed that will be attending Areas in Paradise. If there is anyone that needs to cancel, please let us know and any AM's that would still like to attend can click the Payment link below to register.
Promotions:
Please add any AM/RVP/NVP promotions to the Recognition list below. This will be anyone that promoted January 1, 2023 - February 1, 2024 AND WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE at Areas in Paradise.
Donations:
We are asking all co-hosting NVP's to make a "Swag" donation to be included in the silent auction for charity. No Arbonne product, please. Please send an email to legacyleaders1980@gmail.com or private fb message to Bridgette Posante Dunman with item that will be donated and value of item.

Lodging
The room block at Embassy Suites is full. Several NVP's are booking nearby Airbnb's for their team. Please take a look at your room reservations to make sure all rooms held are needed for your team. If you have a room or rooms reserved at Embassy Suites that you no longer need, please let Donna know. DO NOT call the hotel to cancel any extra rooms. Donna has been working with the hotel on transferring these rooms over to other teams in need of a room. Individuals that are in need of a room, please send an email to Legacyleaders1980@gmail.com.
Committees
More to come - each co-hosting NVP will choose a time to work during the event. For now, rather than being appointed, we ask that you sign up for a committee of your choice from the following: welcome, decorating, gift preparations, raffle organization, or other activities.
Please email legacyleaders1980@gmail.com any ideas you have for the event (suggested speakers, fun activities, etc...).
Raffles and Fundraiser
We will be having a raffle at our event. All proceeds will go to Spirit Wings Charity non-profit. All co-hosting NVP's are asked to bring Arbonne swag to donate for raffle baskets to be put together at the event.
