Dear High School Families,

May is almost here, marking our final full month of the school year, and what an exciting time it is! With standardized testing now behind us, we can fully embrace the energy of spring and the many milestones ahead. Prom is just around the corner, promising a night of celebration and memories for our juniors and seniors. Graduation is fast approaching, a momentous occasion to honor our seniors’ achievements as they prepare to take on the world. We’re also thrilled for Scholarship Night, where we’ll recognize the hard work and dedication of our students who have earned well-deserved awards. From spring sports triumphs to final projects and events, these last weeks are filled with opportunities to make lasting memories. Let’s make this month a meaningful close to an incredible year!

Sincerely,

Kevin Bryant

High School Principal

From Student Services From Student Services

  • SENIORS - KEYS/LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP CEREMONY - SAVE THE DATE! Students have been notified or will be notified as they are awarded KEYS/local scholarships (there are still some KEYS/local scholarships to be awarded). All seniors who receive a KEYS/local scholarship are required to attend the Senior Award Night on Wednesday, May 7, at 6pm in the KHS theater. There will also be a mandatory rehearsal on Monday, May 5 from 7:30-8:05 (during Morning30) in the KHS theater.

  • 2025-26 SCHEDULES: Schedules were released in Skyward on April 11. It is very important for you to review the schedule carefully with your student.

    • To view your student’s schedule: Log in to Skyward Family Access, click “Schedule” in the left-hand column, then click “Display Options” and “Next Year” at the top of the page.

    • To request a schedule change, students and families should email their student’s school counselor with the courses being requested to drop/add or schedule an appointment prior to the end of the current school year. After the new school year starts, a schedule change form must be submitted within the first two days of the term and only requests related to academic misplacement, missing graduation requirements, or change to career pathway will be considered. Requests submitted after this date will only be considered pending extenuating circumstances and administrator approval.

    • Please be aware that student schedules may still be adjusted to balance class sizes. Also, please note that Morning 30 and lunch periods have not yet been assigned and will be added to schedules in August. Therefore, it is very important that all students recheck their schedules in Skyward at the end of summer to ensure that they have the most up-to-date schedule on the first day of school. If you have any questions, please contact your student’s school counselor.

  • MRS. BRYANT - OUT OF THE OFFICE: Mrs. Bryant is due to have a baby boy in early May! Once the baby arrives, she will be out on maternity leave for the remainder of this school year and plans to return in the fall. She will do her best to reply to emails received over the summer as timely as possible. If you have a time sensitive request, please reach out to the KHS Main Office at 262-626-3105. For mental health emergencies, call 988.

Class of 2026 Senior Photo Submission Class of 2026 Senior Photo Submission

Parent(s)/Guardians of the Class of 2026:

It seems like a long ways away, however, the deadline will come fast for Senior Photo submission for the yearbook. If you are using a photographer, appointments can get booked up fast. A professional photographer does not have to be used for senior photo submission. Photo guidelines, due date and submission information are included in the document.

    Thank you,
