Bellevue School have partnered with Election Pilot to hold this year's School Board Election, online, rather than by post.
Moving School Board elections online makes sense for many reasons including efficiency and accuracy of data, without being hindered by potential postal service delays. We are required to use a partner that has been accredited by the Ministry of Education. Accreditation by the Ministry of Education sets a minimum standard so we know they have the best systems in place to ensure the integrity of our upcoming election, and also that they can protect the personal information of our school community.
Election Pilot is accredited by the Ministry of Education and by the also has the Safer Technology 4 Schools (ST4S) Badge, meaning they have been independently assessed against standards specifically for kura in New Zealand and Australia.
Below are the important dates for our Bellevue School Board Election.
