Principal's Weekly Message
Happy Sunday GW Families,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share that I will not be returning to George Washington School next year as Principal. I will be transitioning into a new position outside of West Hempstead.
Serving the George Washington community over the past almost two years has been a truly meaningful experience. I am deeply grateful for your partnership, understanding, patience, and unwavering support in helping ensure that all students have a positive and enriching learning experience. Working alongside your children and families has been an honor and a privilege.
Please know that I will remain at George Washington for the remainder of this school year and will work closely with the district to ensure that all plans and preparations for next year are thoughtfully in place for the next Principal and the continued success of the school community.
Thank you again for your understanding and support during this transition. George Washington will always hold a special place in my heart, and I wish all of our students and families continued success in the years ahead.
Warmly,
With appreciation,
Ms. Milliner - Proud Principal
