Can you relate to this meme? It's helpful to know teenagers have mood swings primarily due to hormonal fluctuations from puberty, but also because of a developing brain that is still maturing in emotional regulation, and a period of significant social and identity-related pressures. This combination can make it harder for them to process and control intense emotions.

Shoutout to the 75 Spartans who participated in the Thanksgiving Reading BINGO Challenge. The Explorers came in first for the number of BINGOs completed. Great job keeping up your reading over break!
