Each week students are given the opportunity to receive extra help during WIN in different prioritized areas. Students will receive a pass from their teacher in order to travel to that classroom during WIN. Encourage your student to take advantage of this time.

Another opportunity for our students to get support from teachers and to get homework completed before going home is our Timberwolf Success Program(TSP). TSP will start September 4th. Timberwolf Success Program is most Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 3:05 - 4:30 in the Media Center. There are three teachers there including at least one math teacher everyday. This is a great opportunity for students to finish up work, get some additional help if they do not understand what they are learning, or if they get behind due to absences. School fees have been posted to student accounts! Fees can be paid in person through cash or check or online through E-Funds. See the attached flyer for more information regarding online payments.

The City of Shawnee has provided additional information regarding the Monticello Road closure scheduled to commence early October and lasting 3-4 weeks. See the City's website for more information and detour maps.

September 8-19 - All donations will stay local and benefit the DeSoto Food Pantry.

If your student rides a bike or scooter to school, please remind them that parking in the hoop house is not an option. This structure is used to store district equipment and employees need unencumbered access. We provide bike racks and suggest all students use a bike lock to secure their property.

Student Registration is now LIVE on Student Skyward Accounts. Please have your student athlete log in as soon as possible and complete this important step. Look for the green tile on the home screen!

Immunization Requirements

Attention parents of incoming 7th grade students! The Tdap vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) and the Meningococcal vaccine dose 1 are required for 7th grade students. Proof of required vaccinations are required by October.
