Camp Information
An email went out today from Nurse Palmer regarding medication forms. Please be sure to read that carefully. We have also attached the medical form below that you will need (if you are supplying any OTC or prescription medication from home). Remember, you need a separate form for each medication and if it is OTC you will need your child's physician to sign the form.
Each child brought home a camp packet with forms to be filled out and returned as well as payment information. All payments and forms are due no later than October 9th.
If your child is not attending camp, please be sure to email your child's homeroom teacher to inform them.
Chaperone lottery winner emails were sent out. Unfortunately, if you did not receive an email you were not selected at this time. If we have any parent(s) back out, we will do another lottery to fill their place. We had about 80 parents put in to chaperone and are only able to take about 35 based on the number of students that are attending.
