Each year, we honor team members who go above and beyond in their roles and truly represent excellence in education. These outstanding individuals are recognized in five categories:
Teacher of the Year

Paraprofessional of the Year
Staff Member of the Year
Cougar Impact Award
Recipients are nominated and selected by their peers—those who see firsthand the dedication, passion, and commitment they bring to their work each day. They make a lasting impact on our students, campuses, and community, and serve as role models for us all.
While each campus and department selects one individual per category, it’s the collective effort of our entire team that makes Jarrell ISD such a special place. We are grateful for every staff member who plays a role in supporting our students and each other.
