After School Activities
As we move further into the school year, we want to ensure our after-school environment remains safe, focused, and enjoyable for all students. To help your student stay on track, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Attending after school events is a privilege: We love seeing our Bengals at games and events! To maintain this privilege, we ask that students remain in "good standing." This includes tardies and attendance, not adhering to the Blaine pillars while at school; staying current on academics; serving any owed detentions, and clearing school fines. Please be aware that access to school activities may be revoked if students are not meeting these expectations.
After school: If a student stays after 2:20, they must be part of a supervised program (like a sport, club, or tutoring) with a coach or advisor. For the safety of our community, unsupervised students are not permitted in the building and may lose the right to be on campus after hours if found without a staff lead.
Thank you for helping us uphold these standards. Your support makes it possible for us to provide a great experience for every student at Blaine High School.
PSEO Preparation Group Meetings for Students
To support students interested in the Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) program, the school Counseling Staff will be hosting PSEO Preparation Group Meetings on late-start Monday mornings from 7:10–8:00 a.m. These sessions are designed to help students understand the process and complete required steps with confidence.
February 23 – Room SW170
This meeting is recommended for students who are new to the PSEO process, are unsure how to get started, or were unable to attend the PSEO informational meeting held in January.
March 16 and March 23 – Conference Room 10A
These meetings are intended for students who are further along in the process and need to turn in required paperwork, including having their Notice of Student Registration (NOSR) form reviewed and signed.
These small-group meetings provide students with personalized guidance and an opportunity to ask questions. We encourage parents to talk with their students about attending the session that best fits their current stage in the PSEO process to help ensure a smooth and timely application experience.
Trimester 3 Class Schedules
Please take a moment to review your students' trimester 3 class schedule in Student Vue. Due to class sizes and availability, schedule changes will not be honored unless there is an error. If you find an error, students are asked to fill out the schedule error correction form. Thank you.

Email Phishing
Blaine High School staff are trained to spot a disingenuous email attempting to acquire personal data.We unfortunately have a few incidents of these emails landing in the inboxes of some middle and high school students.
Please take 2 minutes to watch this important video about recent student email phishing incidents reported in our district. Please share with students about email phishing and encourage them not to share personal information on newer sites.Students were prompted on 1/12/26 to change their password to a 16-character passphrase. Teachers coached students to be cautious with any emails received from anyone other than a teacher. If it appears to be out of place or too good to be true, please mark the email as <Phishing> in Gmail. Please be in touch with Blaine High School Tech Coordinator daryl.boeckers@ahschools.us with questions or if you have clicked into one of these emails and/or shared personal information.
