The Raft by S. A. Bodeen received the most votes statewide, so this book won the prestigious S.C. Junior Book Award for 2014-15! Lincoln's Grave Robbers received the most votes at our school. Both are amazing books, and you can check them out in the media center!

Every student in Mrs. Leslie Williams' 1st period class met their third quarter word count goal! Way to go, students! Keep reading!

It's that time of the year again! Time to have a classic March Madness Book Battle! The competition will begin this week, March 16th, with 16 books and work down each week until we have a Champion Book Winner! This week don't forget to log into My Big Campus under School Work and vote for your top 8 books from the list. Look for next week's survey to come out Monday to see which books move forward. Don't forget to vote to make sure your favorite stays in the competition!

Incentive day is next Friday, March 27th! All overdue books must be returned, renewed, or paid for in order to attend the incentive!

Just a reminder that the 500K Word Count Donut Breakfast will be held next Friday, Mar. 27th, in the media center beginning at 8:00. The deadline to reach 500,000 words (for this quarter) is next Tuesday, Mar. 24th!
