Monitor Elementary School
May 2026
Message from Principals
The end of the school year is upon us! May will be a busy and exciting month at Monitor, and we look forward to wrapping up the school year making memories with our students! We are so proud of our students for all the ways in which they have grown this year. Students will have the opportunity to show all they have learned when they take the end of year ATLAS {Arkansas Teaching, Learning, and Assessment System} tests. Students in kindergarten through 2nd grade have already completed testing, and we are so proud of how they have grown! 3rd-5th grade students have already taken their reading and writing tests and will take math and science tests next week. We're also looking forward to Career Day, 5th Grade Little Olympics, Stick Horse Rodeo, Senior Walk, Field Day, and our Student and Teacher Talent Shows. Looking ahead, we will continue our mobile book tour this summer at Randall Wobbe and The Heights on Oak apartments every Monday and we look forward to seeing some of our students throughout the summer! We are so thankful for our students and families, and we wish you well as we wrap up the school year and head into summer!
