North's National English Honor Society collected 2,864 books for their biennial book drive! The books have been donated to Philadelphia's Project Home Books, which seeks "to empower adults, children, and families to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty, to alleviate the underlying causes of poverty, and to enable all of us to attain our fullest potential as individuals and as members of the broader society." Leading the charge were co-presidents Zeynep Tipi and Christopher Woods and junior VP Morgan Marshall. Thank you to all who donated.

Personal Devices
Students are provided District issued Chromebooks or laptops for educational use. Utilizing these devices allows for protections and proper monitoring during the school day. This includes teachers use of GoGuardian to ensure academic integrity. Student are required to use these devices in their classes. We have seen an increase in devices being brought into North and student requests to utilize their own devices. These requests will not be approved except for rare situations where our Adaptive Technology Specialist is unable to add resources to the District devices to accommodate the need.
