Understanding Your Student’s Grades
Throughout the year, THS provides progress reports and grades approximately every six weeks to help families monitor student progress.
- Progress Reports are a check-in showing how your student is doing so far, with time to improve.
- Quarter Grades show progress at the end of each quarter.
- Semester Grades in December and May are final grades that are recorded on the student’s transcript.
First quarter progress report grades are due on September 11 and can be viewed by families around September 18. Now is a great time to check Parent Portal for current grades, missing assignments, and attendance and talk with your student about how the year is starting. Need help with Parent Portal? Join us for an upcoming Parent Portal Workshop! See the flyers below for details.
