Welcome to your ESS summer program campers. Today, the campers will see old friends, meet new friends, and embark on new adventures. Every week, we’ll do projects and activities related to your camp counselors' session theme. BAM enrichment starts today. Kindergarten will be doing Engineering Jr. Lego - Amazing Structures and 3rd grade is doing drama.

We are having a special event this morning. At 1:00 pm, Kona Ice will be visiting the campers for a cool treat. Then, at 1:45 pm, the campers will go to a Kindness Assembly. We are also hosting our first Spirit Dress-Up Day, which is Grade Level Color Day. Please wear the color according to your grade that you will be going into:

K—Red, 1st—Orange, 2nd—Green, 3rd—Purple, 4th—Blue, 5th—Yellow

The campers will be going to the San Diego Zoo. Make sure that they wear their ESS T-Shirt and please have your campers here by 8:15 a.m. Your camper will need to bring a backpack to carry their disposable sack lunch and water bottle. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ANY MONEY. Your camper will need to wear comfortable walking shoes.

ESS is closed for Junetenth. See you on Monday, June 22nd.
