Living, Learning, & Leading Well: April 9
We can't wait to see our students and families at our upcoming evening event on Thursday, April 9th!
We have a fun and engaging evening planned for our students, which includes community partnership information stations, activities for families to participate in with their students, the Scholastic Book Fair open in the library for families to shop with their students, performances by our school chorus, announcements, dinner to-go, and much more! We hope you'll mark your calendars and attend our first Living, Learning, and Leading Well Event!
The doors will open at 4:30 p.m. and the event will begin at 5:00 p.m.
A Message from the Principal
Dear Bobcat Families,
We hope you will join us this Thursday, April 9th for our Living, Learning, and Living Well Family Night! We are excited to welcome you for an evening of connection, celebration, and learning.
Event Details:
Doors will open at 4:30 PM. Upon arrival, families will sign in and have time to:
- View student artwork
- Visit community partner tables
- Learn more about our school clubs
- Explore our robotics team and their work
- Shop the book fair
- See photos of students in action demonstrating their leadership roles
Dinner tickets will be provided to families who registered in advance. A limited number of additional tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until all boxed dinners are distributed.
An announcement will be made when hallways open for our learning rotations. Each hallway (including the 5th grade building) will host four interactive sessions: STEM, Literacy, Leadership, and Wellness, all tailored to the grade levels in that area:
- Yellow Hall: Pre-K, Kindergarten, and K–2 Multicategorical
- Red Hall: 1st and 2nd Grades
- Blue Hall: 3rd and 4th Grades
- 5th Grade Building: 5th Grade
A chart outlining activities in each hallway is included below and will also be available during the event.
As you visit each room, be sure to collect a stamp. Families who visit all four rooms and submit their completed chart will be entered into a drawing for a prize basket. Winners will be announced on Friday before Spring Break!
Following the final rotation, we will make an announcement to head to the cafeteria for a special chorus performance. A QR code will be available for families to share feedback about the evening.
After the performance, families with dinner tickets may pick up their boxed Chick-fil-A meals to go.
We look forward to seeing you there for a wonderful evening of learning and celebration!
Warm regards,
Dr. Goudy
Principal
