Wind Ensemble is 3rd in State

The Parkrose Wind Ensemble was one of the top twelve 5A Bands in the state that were chosen to perform at the OSAA State Band Competition. They played their hearts out and came away placing THIRD in the entire state, this is a HUGE achievement! Last year was the first time Parkrose had placed in the top 5 at State EVER in our school history (we took fourth) and now we have done it two years in a row with an even higher placement! Our Wind Ensemble students have blown us away this year with their work ethic and passion for making music together and they have never stopped improving day after day. They truly have made Parkrose Proud! Please congratulate them when you see them!

Shaver Crosswalk

Bronco Families we are asking for your help! Before and after school we do our best to get car riding students out quickly and keep traffic moving. We also always want to keep the safety of our students at the forefront, to do so we have a crossing guard at the crosswalk between the MS and HS. There have been times when the crossing guard has come close to getting hit by a car while trying to provide our students a safe place to cross the street. Please help us by watching for the crossing guard if you come to pick up your student!
