FAQ Related to Closeout
1. My May data meeting was scheduled for the week of May 19, can I upload minutes and a updated CSRS after that meeting? Yes, you can and should upload following the meeting.
2. When is the last day for progress monitoring? Progress monitoring occurs when instruction occurs.
3. What date is the CSRS due? There isn't a date on the End of Year Checklist. You can have this uploaded by Friday, May 23.
4. Do I need to create ILP-D plans for 5th grade or 8th grade students since they will be at a different school? The ILP-D is good for one calendar year. For eligible students the record of decision should be made following the conclusion of the screening window (in this case spring). Please create the plan once the parent responds so the plan can follow the student from day one of the 25-26SY.
