Hello Wickham Families,
What a wonderful week celebrating Dance Marathon at school!
Students and staff had a great time with our themed dress-up days, and we ended the week with our own Dance Marathon in the gym. The energy and excitement were incredible, and it was so special to see students come together for a cause that helps others.
Together, our school raised $2,732.83 for patients and families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital. We are so proud of our students for showing empathy, generosity, and the power of working together. Thank you for supporting your children and helping us reinforce the importance of giving back.
I also want to share that I will be in and out on sick leave over the next week or so. My email responses may be slower than usual, and I appreciate your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Susan in the office ; she is happy to help.
Thank you for being such a caring and supportive school community.
Warmly,
Heather Stevens

Communication
When relaying important information about your student, please remember that some communication should also be shared directly with the office. This includes things like attendance changes, extended absences, dismissal changes, or general school-related questions.
While teachers do their best to respond, they are often unable to check email throughout the day while teaching. Including the office on these emails helps ensure that someone is able to respond to you in a timely manner! Office emails:
