Familias de la Escuela Primaria James John,

¿Realmente será mayo la próxima semana? El tiempo vuela, las temperaturas suben y los estudiantes definitivamente nos hacen saber que quieren estar al sol. Gracias a todos los que asistieron a nuestra celebración del Estudiante del Mes y participaron en nuestro Walk and Roll esta mañana.

Estamos comenzando a planificar nuestro Carnaval de Fin de Año James John. Si está interesado en ayudar o ser voluntario, únase a nosotros el lunes 28 de abril de 2:45 a 3:45 y reciba más información. La recogida de nuestras plantas para la venta será el próximo viernes 2 de mayo de 2:30 a 4:00 pm y también estaremos embelleciendo el terreno de nuestra escuela durante ese tiempo. Por último, si su hijo/a está en 3.º, 4.º o 5.º grado, las pruebas estatales han comenzado. Recuerde que las charlas de ánimo con su estudiante serán de gran ayuda para aliviar la ansiedad ante los exámenes. ¡VAMOS LEONES!

Is it really going to be May next week? Time does fly, temperatures are warming up and students are definitely letting us know they want to be in the sun. Thank you all who attended our Student of the Month Celebration and participated in our Walk and Roll this morning.

We are beginning to plan for our James John End of the Year Carnival, if you are interested in helping out - join us Monday, April 28th from 2:45 - 3:45 and receive more information. Our plant sale pick up will be next Friday, May 2nd from 2:30 - 4:00 pm and we will be beautifying our school grounds during that time as well. Lastly, if your child is in 3rd, 4th or 5th grade, state testing has begun. Remember pep talks with your scholar will go a long way in helping relieve test anxiety. GO LIONS!
