Dear Defender Families,

It was such a joy to see so many of you at Back to School Night! Thank you for taking the time to connect with us—we know that when school and families partner together, students thrive.

Here are a few helpful reminders and updates:

Traffic: For everyone’s safety and to keep traffic flowing smoothly, please do not park in the drop-off loop in the morning. This area is for quick drop-offs only. Your cooperation helps us keep students safe and ensures that all families can get through quickly. Thank you for your patience and teamwork!
Attendance: Every day counts! We encourage families to schedule appointments and trips outside of school hours whenever possible. Consistent attendance is one of the most important ways to support your child’s success. If your student is healthy, we want them here learning with us!
Calendar: Please take a look at the 2025–2026 school year calendar. Keeping these dates in mind will help with planning family events and making the most of the school year.

We also encourage you to explore the resources provided on becoming an observer in Infinite Campus and Canvas. This is a wonderful way to stay connected to your student’s progress and support them at home.

Thank you for being such an important part of our school community. Together, with One Heart, One Mind, we know this will be a great year!

🌟 Gates open at 7:45 am. All students should be in their classes by 8:00 am.
