We are so excited to welcome your family to GDE! A new school year brings fresh energy, new friendships, and wonderful opportunities to learn and grow together.

To help keep you connected with everything happening in our community, you’ll receive a newsletter like this at the beginning of every month. Each edition will highlight upcoming school events, important announcements, and helpful reminders for the weeks ahead.

Thank you for partnering with us to make this year a success for your child. We’re thrilled to have you as part of our school family! 🧡

Additional back to school information can be found on the District's website.

Supplies may be dropped off during Open House on August 6th, 4-6pm

We are excited to announce the grand opening of our Outdoor Classroom this school year! This special space will provide students with hands-on learning experiences as they explore nature, make observations, conduct investigations, and connect classroom lessons with the world around them. We look forward to creating meaningful learning opportunities that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for the outdoors.

To celebrate the opening of our Outdoor Classroom, we are inviting families to participate in a special fundraising opportunity. Students can create a personalized stepping stone that will become a permanent part of our Outdoor Classroom pathway. Each stepping stone is $25, and this is a wonderful way for students to leave their mark while supporting the continued growth and enhancement of this exciting learning space.
