Midterm Grading Period
Please take a moment to check your child’s Skyward account, and reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about their grades. The midterm grading period ends September 4th, and progress reports will be sent home September 11th.
Wednesday School
Wednesday School will begin this week from 1:30-4:00. Wednesday School is offered to help students stay on track of their attendance. If your child currently has 4 or more absences, you will receive a Loop message from us indicating they need to stay after school on Wednesday. By attending two Wednesday schools, your child will be able to "make up" one missed day of school. Good attendance helps ensure your child can remain eligible to participate in attendance incentive field trips, grade-level field trips, and school sports.
Flu Shot Clinic
ACS is partnering with Walgreens to offer a flu shot clinic at NWMS on September 22nd. The consent form is available on Skyward and paper forms were sent home last week. Extra forms will also be available in the office. Forms must be completed by September 7th. Only students with a signed consent form will receive the vaccine.
Chromebook Insurance
We are still accepting Chromebook insurance payments. The cost is $30, payable by cash or check. Payments may be turned in to the front office.
