Purpose
● Build individual, district, and agency capacity by helping participants gain a solid understanding of state and federal regulations regarding postsecondary transition.
● Engage in activities to understand and implement best practices within the Transition field.
● Provide a venue to share resources and ideas, ask questions, and brainstorm solutions
Who Should Attend?
- Educators who work with students with disabilities that are age 13-21
- Agency Representatives who serve students with disabilities that are age 13-21
- Higher Education Office of Accessibility Representatives
*Anyone interested in contributing to positive post-school outcomes for students*
