Picture day is coming up on Monday, August 24th! Virtual School House students can come anytime from 12pm to 4pm to take their school picture. Our address is 6075 N Locust Grove Rd, Meridian, ID 83646.

Come join us for our annual Back to School Night on Tuesday, August 25th from 6-7:30pm. Students can meet their teachers for the quarter as well as their counselor and administration! We are located at 6075 N Locust Grove, Meridian, ID 83646. We look forward to seeing you there!

Please read carefully - schedule changes are limited to the following:

• You are scheduled in a class for which you have already earned credit.

• You are missing a course required for graduation

If you believe there is an error in your schedule, email your counselor with:

• A brief description of the schedule of concern, and the class you would like to replace it with.

Timing and district policy:

• Per District Policy 0603.20-AR(1), all schedule changes must be completed by the sixth day of the semester.

• Be diligent about timing. Requests must be submitted before 3 p.m. by Tuesday, August 18th. Requests received after the deadline will not be processed so we can remain compliant with District policy.

All student information is required to be updated every school year in PowerSchool. If this has not been done this year, please take the time to complete the update.

This process should only take 5 - 7 minutes to complete. Once you complete the forms, it will take 28-48 hours to be processed and for you to be able to view your student's schedule.

• Please make sure to read through all pages and sign the confirmation pages at the end of each form REGARDLESS of whether or not changes have been made.
• The fields marked with an red ** are the only field you will need to complete.

If you do not know your Parent PowerSchool account information, please call the WASD IT Help Desk at 208-350-5300. Their office hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Please DO NOT create a new account.

Parents. Log into your PowerSchool account and click on Account Preferences on the left side menu. Account Email will need to be updated to match the email in School Forms for the teacher to be able to email you. Click Save. PowerSchool Code GMBS
