School Principals Day

On May 1st we celebrate School Principals Day! Brett Chapple has been dedicated to leading our school to academic success.

A few words from our staff:

  • Brett is super compassionate and empathetic!
  • He is always out building relationships any moment he gets. He is helping supervise transitions instead of putting that responsibility on others. He is a fantastic example of what an admin should be. He is one of the main reasons many of us choose to work here and stay here!
  • Thanks for filling my days with silly dad jokes!
  • His jokes are the perfect pick‑me‑up when we’re swamped...always making me laugh out loud, and on top of that, he’s an incredible listener who genuinely tunes in when we share ideas or need to vent. He really shows how much he cares by checking in on us, celebrating our wins, and always being ready to lend a hand, which makes Sultan Middle School feel like a true community. Working here is just plain fun because of his contagious energy and his commitment to our well‑being and growth...he truly makes this a fantastic place to teach!😋
  • I appreciate that Brett puts family and your health and happiness first.
  • You greet and talk equally to all students in the commons at lunch. Often joking, chatting joining students at lunch table. Greeting staff and make time for us for a quick word during his busy schedule.
  • Positive, Encouraging, Energetic, Present!
  • Brett is a great principal. He is positive and always sees the bright side of things.
