Dear HST Families,

Keeping our students safe during arrival and dismissal is a team effort! Please help us maintain a safe, smooth, and efficient traffic flow by following these important reminders.

🚗 Morning Drop-Off

• Please move all the way forward to the Building B front entrance before dropping off your student.
• Do not drop off students near the soccer field area.
• Students should enter and exit vehicles from the curb side only, away from moving traffic.
• Please follow staff directions and keep the car line moving safely.

🚶 Technology Students Walking to Enrichment

Technology students who walk to the Enrichment campus for sibling pick-up must be picked up before 4:00 PM.

Students who have not been picked up by 4:00 PM will be brought back to the Technology cafeteria.

After 4:00 PM, please do not remain in the Enrichment dismissal line to pick up a Technology student. You will need to pick up your student from the Technology campus.

🟧 Don't Forget Your Orange Car Placard!

Haven't received your orange dismissal car placard yet? Please stop by the HST Front Office to pick it up.

During dismissal, please place your orange placard where it is clearly visible to our staff. This allows us to quickly identify and call your student, helping make the car line faster, safer, and more efficient.

HST Administration

Dear HST Parents and Guardians,

We are pleased to share that most of our students have already received their school IDs. Any new or returning students who have not yet received an ID will receive one by this Friday.

🪪 STUDENT ID CHECKS BEGIN MONDAY, AUGUST 24

Beginning Monday, August 24, HST will begin routine student ID checks.

For the safety and security of our campus, all students are required to wear their school ID visibly throughout the entire school day. Student IDs are part of the HST school uniform and should be worn every day while students are on campus.

We ask families to please help students build the habit of putting on their ID before leaving for school each morning.

💳 LOST OR DAMAGED ID — REPLACEMENT

• Replacement Fee: $5
• Payment can be made online through REVTRAK under the “Miscellaneous” section.
• Pick-Up Location: Front Office, before or after school.
• Lanyards: Students may bring their own lanyard or purchase a school-branded lanyard for $5 through REVTRAK.
