What a great, fast week! We have one more week of November before we head into Fall Break. Please read the ROAR carefully for information about next week, Jingle Jam and more!

2ND GRADE FAMILIES: Please join us for a special assembly this Thursday, November 20 at 9am in the MPR. The 2nd graders have been working hard at a writing task about what or who they are thankful for to be entered into a Bike Giveaway contest, sponsored by the Christian Brothers and the Rotary Club!

We will be off for Fall Break the week of Monday, November 24-28, with school resuming on Monday, December 1! I'm excited to be flying back home to Pennsylvania to see my family and my new baby nephew who was born in March! 💙

Holiday Shop will be December 2nd-5th - this is where students can shop affordably priced items for their family and friends. More information will be sent home soon but we need volunteers to make this a successful event! Jingle Jam Whobilation will be Friday, December 5th from 5pm-8pm. This is a free event for families, food items will be available for purchase. A parent must be present with students, this is NOT a drop off event. We are so excited that ALL classes will be performing this year! Your child and their class have been working hard to practice their songs and performance, so please join us! Lemon Crest Food Pantry Dates: Feeding San Diego is hosting FREE food distribution at Lemon Crest! Receive pantry staples and fresh produce at no cost! We ask that you bring your own bags and/or wagon to carry your groceries. Food is distributed on a first come, first serve basis on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month from 11:45am after our early release Wednesday dismissal until 1:45pm:
