Ms. Rob's Ramlings

Camp is a heavy lift every year with our 6th graders. Yet, watching so many of them put phones down, conquer fears, engage with one another, and enjoy the outdoors is pretty special. The weather could not have been better and our 6th graders were absolutely wonderful! We also had some fabulous high school counselors.

I want to extend a huge thank you to the teachers who went to camp with us. This is essentially two 16 hour work days, sometimes longer, and then they came back and taught the rest of the week. We are truly blessed with the people who serve our community.

2. NEED TO KNOWS

Family Conferences

Family conferences are this week on October 12th and 14th. This is always tough once you get to middle and high school because teachers often have 140 students. So, there are just not enough spots for every students families. To mitigate this, here is our approach:

We have already reached out to families whose student we feel would benefit most from having a conference before sharing the link to sign up
For those who have not been contacted, but would still like to meet with teachers, you can click this link to choose teachers and times available.
If a teacher or teachers are not available, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. We are also happy to set up a different time to meet if that is requested.

Thank you for partnering with us in whatever way best suits you and your student! :)
