Trip 3 of 3: Chapel of St. Basil + Congregation Beth Israel

This will be the LAST of the 3 on-site field investigations where students will further consider the human foundations represented by various and diverse religious and cultural traditions to nurture mutual understanding, empathy, cultural awareness, and tolerance. Students are making connections, noting the common foundations of human culture and various traditions while striving to understand differences they observe as well.

On Tuesday 10/6, students will visit the Chapel of St. Basil and Congregation Beth Israel. The Chapel of St. Basil is on the campus of the University of St. Thomas where students will also get a brief tour of the campus as well as eat lunch. While on this field experience, students will add to their notes and complete assignments specially designed by the GTA6 Teaching Team to capitalize on this experiential investigation.
