From the Principal
As we close the chapter on another meaningful school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on all that we have shared together as a school community. This year has been filled with learning, laughter, growth, challenges, celebrations, and countless moments that reminded us of the importance of connection and community. Thank you for your continued support, partnership, and trust. It is truly a privilege to work with your children each day.
This year feels especially significant as we prepare for changes ahead and continue planning for the future of our schools. Through it all, our students have continued to shine, supported by caring staff and families who make our school community so special.
As summer begins, we hope all of our students and families find time to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together. Whether your days are filled with adventures, campfires, beach trips, bike rides, or quiet moments at home, we wish you a safe, joyful, and restful summer vacation.
A Special Thank You to Our PTOWe would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to our PTO for their unwavering support throughout the year. Through their fundraising efforts, volunteerism, and generosity, they help provide enriching opportunities and memorable experiences for our students that enhance learning and strengthen our school community. They are also incredible supporters of our staff, consistently finding ways to show appreciation and encouragement throughout the year. We are deeply grateful for all they do and for the partnership they share with our school.
Staff Farewells and Retirements
At the end of each school year, we celebrate accomplishments, but we also say goodbye to valued members of our school family. This year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to the following staff members:
We congratulate Robin Gilson, Linda Ouellette, and Kim Croteau on their retirements. Each of them has dedicated years of care, commitment, and service to children and families, leaving a lasting impact on our school community. We thank them for all they have given and wish them much happiness in this next chapter.
We also wish Halle Dickerson, Casey Walsh, Jenn Alison, and Rachael Visconti all the best as they move on to new opportunities. We are grateful for the contributions they have made to our students and school community and know they will be missed.
Looking Ahead to Fall
Families of students entering 1st through 6th grade can expect a postcard during the first week of August with teacher assignments for the upcoming school year.
As we continue preparing for next year and the merger transition, please know that we remain committed to keeping families informed and supported throughout the process. More information and updates will be shared as plans are finalized.
Thank you again for being such an important part of our school community. It has been a wonderful year, and we are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you in your child’s education.
Have a wonderful summer!
Mrs. Suarez
