Patriot Family Gazette 1/6/23

What a great week back to start off 2023! We are excited to get back to school and welcome your Leaders back to Jack. We have a busy January ahead of us! Our Polar Express Read-a-Thon was a success, raising over $20,000 and our Patriots read over 500,000 minutes. We are excited to be able to use some of the fundraising to allow our teachers to write grants this month to use in their classroom! Check out the calendar below and mark it for important dates! Math, Makers and more at the end of the month is going to be a blast!

- Please drop off by 7:50. Our tardy bell rings at that time and we want our Patriots ready to learn with us.

- We cannot release kids after 2:45 due to dismissal procedures. If you have appointments, please make arrangements to pick up by this time.

- If you are dropping off before 7:15, please use the back loop. This area is staffed and students are directed to the cafe or gym. After 7:15, our front loop will be open.

Next Friday we will have our 3rd Leadership Legacy Assembly of the year! This assembly will be focused on celebrations for the nine weeks. We will recognize Lighthouse Winner's, PE, Art, and Music Awards, Perfect Attendance, A and AB honor roll and more. We will use the following schedule:

8-8:45 4th & 5th

8:50-9:10 Pre K

9:30-10:15 K & 1st

1:15-2:00 2nd & 3rd

GATE referral window for currently enrolled Tyler ISD students closes next Friday, January 13, 2023. Students referred will be tested on specified date chosen by your campuses. Late referrals not be tested until the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year, which may result in a delay in GATE services. Please use the link below for access to referral process:
