New Drop- Off & Pick-Up Procedure

Dear Families,

In an effort to keep our students safe and save you time, we are implementing a new system that takes advantage of our available large bus zone for parent drop-off and pick-up starting August 13th and not using the staff/visitor parking lot as in the past. Please see the maps below for additional information.

Please review the key details below:

• TK, Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grade: At dismissal Tk-2nd grade will walk to the front of the school to be picked up. Students will be waiting by the front office and the 300 Building. Once you are parked at an orange cone in the Bus Zone area, and administration greets you, your child/children will be excused to walk to your vehicle.

• Sibling Meeting Spot: Older siblings of TK, Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd-grade students will report to the front of the school at dismissal to wait together with their younger siblings.

• Walk-Up Pickups: Parents who wish to walk up to collect their children must park in designated parking spots along Market Ave or Boulder Dr. Please keep drop-off/pick-up zones clear for vehicle traffic.

• 3rd–6th Grade Students: Students in 3rd through 6th grade will use the gate off Riverstone Blvd for morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. (Note: If they have a younger TK–2nd grade sibling, they will meet them at the front of the school instead).

• Bikes & Scooters: Students riding bikes and scooters must enter campus through the gate at the roundabout ( corner of Market & Riverstone Blvd) and lock up their bikes & scooters at the rack.
