Partners in Progress Parent Night - Thursday, November 20th
Next week, EJMS is excited to celebrate Family Engagement Week, recognizing the critical role you play in student success. We believe that when families and staff work together, our students achieve their greatest potential!
We warmly invite you to join us for a special collaboration evening: Jaguar Partners in Progress.
This event is dedicated to ensuring that you are equipped with the knowledge needed to support your child’s academic growth. We understand that educational terminology can be complex, so we will be transparently breaking down essential student data, including:

Our goal is to make this data clear and actionable, showing you exactly where your student is succeeding and where they may need targeted support. By attending, you become an effective partner in setting meaningful learning goals for your child’s continuous progress.

Picture Orders and Makeups
Picture Makeup day will be on Friday, November 21st. Prior to makeups we will receive proofs that will have individual order codes on them for online orders.
This week the Youth Service Center wants to encourage families to participate in the Toy Drive that we are partnering with the Toy Chest and Kentucky Children's Hospital to supply new toys for kids who are in the hospital over the winter months. Also, with SNAP benefits reduced, any donations to our local food bank would certainly be appreciated. As parents, one of the best things we can teach our children is the benefits of giving. We have all been given so much, and so many in our community need our help. Opportunities to volunteer our time does not cost anything, and our community can gain so much by doing things like raking leaves, spending time visiting a nursing home, volunteering at the animal shelter. Let's all plan to do something for someone this week. We can change the world by doing it.
